Artist’s Note: City of Dogs – A Landscape Without Humans 1. Who Does the City Belong To? This piece captures a surreal scene unfolding in the heart of a metropolis like New York. A place that should be bustling with people is now occupied solely by dogs. Skyscrapers, busy storefronts, street food carts… Everything looks familiar, yet there are no humans in sight. And yet, this absence does not feel empty or melancholic. The dogs move in an orderly manner, taking over the city as if it had always belonged to them. "Is the city meant only for humans?" By challenging our assumptions about urban life, this piece offers a fresh perspective on the space we take for granted.
